changes:

• matched loudness of all va .ogg files to -19 lufs, all 3 songs to -23 lufs. this has created an average increase in sound for va to about 9db.
• three songs formatted from mp3 to ogg, related rpy lines edited
• config.default_music_volume = 0.8
• mouseHover.png is a duplicate of mouse.png (it was causing errors)
